Axis/Radius celebrates a decadent decade

Published on November 08, 2007

Screw the baker's dozen. It's all about the number 10, because we Americans base our cultural milestones on the lovely number. When we turned 10 years old, we were pumped to enter an age expressed in double digits. Our first significant high school reunion is the 10th. And, most important, we maliciously judge each other's fuckability on a 10-point scale. Speaking of which -- coincidence? -- we commemorate another 10 with Axis/Radius' 10-Year Anniversary Bash, which marks a debaucherous decade of drinking, dancing, and indulging in reckless casual hookups. The affair boasts beats by DJ Skribble and Dave Navarro of Jane's Addiction and Red Hot Chili Peppers fame.
