Midnite Movie Mamacita ends her long-running affiliation with Paper Heart -- which is closing up shop at the end of December -- with "director" Chester Novell Turner's just plain nasty awful flick about a bloodthirsty puppet who looks like a cross between Chucky and Whoopi Goldberg.
